DMCA / Copyright Notice

1. Introduction

Sexforfun.uk respects intellectual property rights and expects users of sexforfun.uk (“the Website”) to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If your copyrighted work has been posted or shared without permission, email a takedown request to:

Your request MUST include:

  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that your report is accurate
  • Your electronic or physical signature (typed is fine)

3. Processing DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing content
  • Notify the user who posted it
  • Take further action if required (warnings, suspensions, bans)

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright may be permanently terminated.

5. False Notices

Submitting false copyright claims is a violation of law and may result in account termination and legal liability.
