2. Acceptance of Terms

9. Live Cam & Recording Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Other users may record your cam without your knowledge using devices or external software outside our control.
  • We cannot guarantee privacy during live streaming.
  • You should never show anything you would regret becoming public.

This aligns with the Website’s Golden Rule: never upload anything you would be upset to see shared publicly.

10. Location Features (“Who Is Near”)

If you enable location-based features:

  • We store your GPS coordinates.
  • Your exact location is NEVER displayed.
  • Only approximate distances (e.g., “within 1 mile”) are shown.
  • You may disable this feature at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring these features comply with local laws where you reside.

11. Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR)

Your privacy is governed by the Website’s full Privacy & Cookies Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key principles include:

  • Your account data is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Website and delete your account.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your User Content
  • Your interactions with other Users
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of law
  • Your offline meetings with other Users

This indemnity survives account termination.

21. Business Transfers

If the Website is sold, merged, or transferred:

  • Your data may be transferred to the new operator.
  • The new operator must honor these Terms.
  • You will be notified before substantial changes.

Your continued use after such a transfer constitutes acceptance.

22. International Users

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

25.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights. The Operator may assign or transfer these Terms.

25.5 Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
